About:

Clarkson Village is located on the banks of Lake Ontario, in the southwestern part of Mississauga. It is bordered by Oakville, Lorne Park and Erin Mills. Known, at one time, as the Strawberry Capital of Ontario, Clarkson is today a tranquil neighbourhood with a mix of middle and upper class homes and some industrial sites.

Historic Charm

Home to two of Mississauga's historic museums, the Benares House and the Bradley Museum, Clarkson has a rich history for residents to explore. Parks and walkways abound and provide ample opportunity to enjoy the lakefront. Clarkson is also well known for its pubs and restaurants. Good public and private schools are located in the area and the downtown centre is a mix of old world village charm and contemporary style.

Real Estate

Many homes in this village are located on mature, treed lots. Townhouses, apartments and detached and semi detached homes make up the majority of real estate in Clarkson. Owning real estate in Clarkson affords you the luxury of lakefront tranquility and the convenience of accessibility to anywhere in the city.

Transit

Access to Clarkson is via Royal Windsor Dr, Lakeshore Road and Southdown Roads. Clarkson is also situated close to the 403 & QEW, providing residents with quick access to the rest of the Greater Toronto Area & the City of Toronto. Clarkson also has a GO Train station and is serviced by Mississauga Transit.
